Are you a health professional who wants to know what consumers think about the use of technology in food production? Or what their views are on hot topics such as sustainability? What about understanding their concerns and gaps in information when it comes to food technology, and how to bridge those gaps through effective communications?
If these topics are of interest to you, please plan to join the International Food Information Council on Wednesday, August 25th from 2:00-3:00 pm EDT for a Webinar for Health Professionals on “Understanding Consumer Perceptions of Food Technology and Sustainability.”
During the Webinar, we’ll share the results from our 14th “Consumer Perceptions of Food Technology” Survey, which explores U.S. consumers’ perceptions of various aspects of plant and animal biotechnology, as well as new and emerging food technologies such as nanotechnology, and consumer views on sustainability. We’ll also share opportunities for communicating with consumers about various food technology issues, and provide tips for effective communications and answering consumer questions about food technology and sustainability.
Space is limited, so please register today at: https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/353456802.
One CDR Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit will be available for Registered Dietitians who view the live webinar.
We will also be “Live Tweeting” about the Webinar tomorrow on Twitter, so be sure to follow us at #FoodInsight and re-Tweet the information you find most useful. We look forward to your participation and to sharing valuable insights on food technology and sustainability with you!
