Food Insight Features Results from the 2008 School Food Allergy Survey: Having a Food Allergy Plan is Key to Prevention

The cover story of the September/October issue of Food Insight features results from a joint survey commissioned by the International Food Information Council and the School Nutrition ssociation on food allergies in school. The objectives of this survey were to measure prevalence of food allergies in schools and determine what proportion of schools have formal food allergy plans.
