Food label claims are a source of constant attention from those interested in food, but understanding the rules and regulations that support the use of health claims on food packages can be difficult to decipher.
A special Web cast, “Government Perspectives and Consumer Insights on Label Claims,” hosted by the International Food Information Council Foundation, featured speakers to discuss the rules and regulations that support the use of label claims and research into how people use the food label when choosing foods and beverages.
