Philippe Caradec is the Vice President Corporate Affairs of The Dannon Company, Inc. (Dannon), a wholly owned subsidiary of Paris-based Danone Group. Mr. Caradec is responsible for all Public Affairs, Public Relations, Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility activities in the United States pertaining to Dannon’s business interests.
Mr. Caradec joined the Danone Group in April 1992, and joined The Dannon Company in November 1998.
Prior to joining the Danone Group, Mr. Caradec spent four years as a consultant in Washington, D.C. specializing in technical and regulatory matters affecting the imported food and beverage industry.
Previously, Mr. Caradec was Assistant Agricultural Attaché for Technical and Regulatory Affairs at the Embassy of France in Washington DC.
Mr. Caradec received a Master of Science degree in Food Science from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, after completing his graduate studies at the National Superior School of Agronomy of Rennes, France.
