Fall TV is back! Summer reruns are over and I'm ready to hit the couch for my long awaited return to the world of primetime TV. Unfortunately, more time in front of the TV can mean more time to pack in excess calories. We have all been there: you sit down with a bag of chips to watch an episode of your favorite show, but when the show is over you notice that the whole bag is gone. Back to School? Keep Their Lunches Clean, Cooked, and Cool

September is right around the corner and with it comes a new morning routine. A lot of kids are heading back to school, so instead of packing the car to go to the pool or the beach, it's time to pack lunches! Coincidently, September is also food safety education month (be sure to check out our website for upcoming events). This is a great reminder that its important to prepare and store those school lunches safely.
